Demolition uncovers an oldie….
Hackney trackside on what was the North London Link at the time. Painted with a young lad named Khan, who went on to do rather well for himself on the London graf scene. This must have been 1995, I met Khan at Tufnell Park during the day, mentioned that I might do a trackside that night and he asked if he could come along. This was plan b, as the spot I wanted had workers nearby. This was live for about 6 months then a rough building was put up around it, rode the Overground past this week and got a shock! Not my finest work, but what the hell 19 years old!! Carplan fill, Stonechip outline and Hycote white.
Boombap was a madness!
